By accessing or using the Grand Performances Companion (the Service), powered by VibePass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

The Grand Performances Companion is a civic welcome system that helps guests plan visits, discover programming, and engage with The Yard at California Plaza. The Service is provided by VibePass in partnership with Grand Performances.

3. Eligibility

The Service is open to all visitors. Some features may require an internet connection or modern web browser. Guests under 13 should use the Service with a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the Service respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or misuse the Service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful to others.

5. Optional Accounts

Some features may offer optional sign in. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Your Content

If you submit feedback, reflections, or other content, you grant Grand Performances and VibePass a non exclusive, royalty free license to use that content to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service software, branding, and original content are owned by Grand Performances, VibePass, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Third Party Services

The Service may link to third party platforms such as ticketing, social, or mapping providers. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

9. Passport and Local Data

The Passport is a simple season memory layer that helps you keep track of the nights you have been to Grand Performances. It is currently in preview.

Your Passport, including any saved shows, reflections, and photos you add to it, is stored locally in your browser on the device you use. It is not synced to an account or to our servers. No sign in is required, and we do not collect location data to create it.

Because your Passport lives on your device, clearing your browser data, switching browsers, or switching devices will reset it. You can delete your Passport at any time from the Passport page.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. The Service collects only what is needed to operate features you choose to use. For questions about data, contact info@vibepass.ai.

11. Accessibility

We strive to make the Service usable for everyone. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email info@vibepass.ai so we can investigate and improve.

12. Event Information

Event times, lineups, and venue details are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Always confirm details with Grand Performances before traveling.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Grand Performances nor VibePass will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
